Our boxing classes will help you develop your skills and self-assurance. You will learn how to improve your strength, stamina, speed, agility and learn how to improve your coordination. Our programs will help you develop boxing fundamentals, whilst having fun. We strongly believe boxing is a great way to improve your overall wellbeing, and can paly a part in improving mental and physical fitness and being part of a gym is a great way to make friens and reduce social isolation.
